About The Artwork
This painting represents the fragile balance of the human mind in motion. The figure, with multiple hands and floating spheres, symbolizes the many roles, thoughts, and emotions a person constantly tries to manage. Each hand reaches out differently—some holding, some releasing—suggesting control and chaos existing at the same time. The clown-like face hints at performance: the need to appear composed while internally negotiating pressure, responsibility, and expectation. The empty circles around the figure act as silent thoughts or unfinished ideas, reminding us that life itself is a continuous act of juggling—where balance is never permanent, only momentary.
About The Artist
Born in 1976 in Kozhencherry a village in Kerala, Pramod started his career as an artist even before attaining academic training in traditional mural painting. His art studio, situated in a village which was ignorant of the beauty of paintings, is slowly bringing about changes in the perspectives of the people residing there, who once gave little importance to this form of art. The artist who started his work from oil on canvas to traditional mural paintings, is now focusing on contemporary paintings.
The artist continues his work of giving coloured representation to the views and thoughts around him. His perspectives appear before the spectators as spectacles to be looked upon reverentially.
