1.  How to get registered as a Customer?

  1.  Go to My Account on top right corner of website

  2.  Click on Login/Register

  3.  Enter your details in JOIN US form like Full Name, Email Address, Mobile Number, Password and then choose “I am an art lover, a collector ”.

  4.  Accept Zigguratss Terms & Condition

  5.  Click on JOIN US

  6.  A verification link will be sent on your email.

  7.  Click on Link to Verify button on your mail account.

  8.  Your account will be verified.

 

2.  How to Buy Artwork?

  1.  Login to your account with email id and password.

  2.  Go to Artwork page and select your choice of artwork and add it to cart.

  3.  Proceed to checkout page by filling up delivery information like Country, Address, City, GST Number (if applicable),   etc.

  4.  Process for payment and pay the amount.

  5.  Email of confirmation of purchase of artwork will be sent on mail id and Customer can also check the artwork   he/she bought on my order section in dashboard.

 

3.  Return or Refund Artwork

  1.  Go to order history.

  2.  Click on action for the artwork of your choice.

  3.  Select a reason

  4.  Add images of the artwork and submit.

  5.  Made-to-order products are not eligible for return. This includes commissioned artworks. However, once the   commissioned piece   is finished and ready to be shipped, you will be asked to give a final confirmation based on the   photo of the commissioned piece. As long as   it has not been shipped, you can still cancel the order and receive a   full refund. Once you confirm the order, it will be shipped and is no   longer eligible for return or refund.

(Note :- We only accept return for the Artwork delivered damaged hence on receipt of Artwork take photos of the packaging (preferably before opening) and then the images of Artwork found damaged)
