ABOUT THE ARTIST
I am a self-taught artist, born in the vibrant land of Rajasthan, and brought up in the land of art and culture, Kolkata. My journey as an artist began a few years ago with an inner quest. At that point in time, paintings came as an unexpected gift into my life. Art brings serenity into my being. What I paint is a reflection of my thoughts, imagination, and my inner world. My Paintings are vibrant, colourful and full of life. I paint in acrylic medium, on canvas. The basic concept behind my paintings is ‘Mindfulness’, I paint Buddha ,Mandala and paintings related to Self- Love to spread the knowledge of ‘Mindfulness’. It encompasses the practice of dissolving inner conflicts without any judgment or resistance. We do this by accepting ourselves, Others and life situations as they are and eventually bring inner peace. It’s a way of loving ourselves as we are!!
