Sandilya Arts, founded by renowned Varanasi-based artist Santosh Kumar Sandilya, is a celebration of India’s spiritual heritage and artistic brilliance. Deeply inspired by the sacred city of Varanasi, Sandilya Arts creates soulful acrylic paintings that beautifully portray the city's timeless ghats, serene riverbanks, ascetic sages, and the cultural richness that flows along the Ganges.
What makes Sandilya Arts truly unique is the incorporation of holy water from the Ganga into the creative process—blending sacred tradition with artistic expression. Each piece is more than a painting—it is a spiritual journey, capturing the divine energy of the land and its people.
With over 30 years of artistic experience, Santosh Kumar Sandilya has exhibited his work in numerous national and international exhibitions, including South Korea, Mumbai, Shimla, and West Bengal. He is a graduate and postgraduate from the Lalit Kala Department, Banaras Hindu University (BHU), and currently serves as a dedicated Art Teacher in the Uttar Pradesh Government. He also holds the position of Secretary, Banaras Art and Craft Development Society, promoting Indian traditional arts and crafts.
