A steam locomotive emerges through mist and light, its glowing headlamp cutting through the silence of an early dawn. Standing beside the tracks, a peacock watches — not in fear, but in quiet curiosity.
The train symbolizes movement, industrial progress, and the relentless passage of time, while the peacock represents stillness, grace, and nature’s timeless beauty. Their encounter becomes symbolic — a meeting point between speed and serenity, invention and instinct.
The luminous circles in the sky echo memories, moments, or destinations yet to arrive, suggesting that every journey is not merely physical but deeply emotional. In this composition, motion does not overpower beauty — it pauses before it.

I am Priyanka Bardhan , currently based out of NewDelhi , India. I am a professional Artist with the belief that art is the connection to humanity and a way to channelize the divinity within. My art works are based on Indian contemporary painting styles and themes since these are not just a reflection of the indigenous lifestyle but a perfect example of artistic expression through simple yet distinct compositions , i also try to experiment by blending and fusing the indian traditional style and themes with abstract art styles to give a unique impression of my own.

Delivery Time : It takes 5-7 working days for domestic shipments, 10-20 working days for international shipments depending upon the country.
Delivery Cost : Only Shipping fee is included in the price of the Artwork. Custom Duties, Octroi and Taxes will be borne by the Customer.
Returns : Return will be accepted within 24 hours of receipt of artwork, only if artwork is found damaged(except order made on commission).
