This is a painting from the *Prem Series*, in which a woman is gently caressing a deer. The deer’s wings represent the happiness hidden within love—something that is not seen, but felt. This painting depicts two worlds—one is **Realism**, which is visible to the eyes, and the other is **Surrealism**, which resides in the mind and emotions. The *black and white* wings of the woman and the deer signify that love is made up of all colors, just like sunlight.

Another meaning of this painting is that love should always be **selfless**, not driven by the desire to gain something. In love, there comes a time when there is no position to receive anything. Where all the emotions of love come together, all the colors of love merge selflessly and create a colorless world, in which we see black and white, yet all the colors exist within it. Through this painting, I have expressed these very emotions.
